Young people in foster care in Arizona
Moving toward adulthood takes more than just getting older.
For young people who have experienced foster care, the transition into adulthood often arrives without the built-in support, relationships, and practical tools that most people quietly rely on.
ResilientMe exists to change that. Through practical, engaging, research-based workshops, young people build the skills, confidence, and self trust they need to navigate challenge, adapt to change, and move forward with clarity.
We focus on building on strength. Every young person carries capacity. Our work helps them develop it.
Why ResilientMe
A Curriculum Grounded in Research and Lived Experience.
Founded in 2013, ResilientMe uses a one-of-a-kind, copyrighted curriculum grounded in scientifically sound resilience methods. Every workshop is practical, engaging, and built around what research says actually works.
Self-Worth and Identity
Young people develop a stronger sense of who they are and what they are capable of. ResilientMe workshops help participants build genuine self-worth and a confident foundation to stand on.
Resilience and Confidence
Resilience is not a personality trait. It is a skill. Our curriculum teaches participants how to navigate adversity, adapt to change, and move forward with greater clarity and self trust.
Practical Tools for Real Life
Workshops go beyond inspiration. Participants leave with concrete skills, perspectives, and strategies they can apply immediately in relationships, work, education, and everyday life.

Resilience is built in real life.
Young people strengthen confidence, connection, and practical life skills through experiences that are active, engaging, and genuinely their own.
What Young adults Gain
Skills, Strength, and the Confidence to Move Forward.
Every ResilientMe workshop is designed to send participants home with something real. These are a few of the outcomes young adults carry with them long after the program ends.

What the Experience Feels Like
Engaging. Fun. Practical. Real.
ResilientMe workshops are designed to be memorable. Participants show up, connect with others, and leave with something they can actually use. The energy in the room is active, supportive, and alive.

Connection and Community
From the first session, participants feel welcomed and seen. Workshops create space for young people to connect with peers who share similar experiences, building trust and a sense of belonging that extends beyond the room.
Active Participation
No passive listening. Participants are engaged from start to finish through activities, conversation, and reflection that are energetic, interactive, and genuinely enjoyable. Participants laugh, think, and engage.

Real-Life Skill Building
Every session is grounded in what participants can take home and put to use. Skills are practical, relevant, and immediately applicable to the real situations young people face in work, relationships, and daily life.
Participants describe the workshops as some of the most impactful and enjoyable learning experiences they have had. Not because it is easy, but because it is impactful, it is relevant, and it respects who they are and where they come from.
